The Agapanthe gardens

Description of the service :

The Agapanthe garden is set in  Haute Normandie  in the very centre of the village of Grigneuseville .

Alewandre THOMAS, a landscape artist, created it, 15 years ago.

There are no geometric lines as in a formal garden.This is an exraordinary  place, where vegetation is luxuriant. The landscaped garden is divided  into serveral parts each with its own  different atmosphere : ponds, pergola, terraces, fountains...

You will be surprised by the unusual creations : the perfume path, the hollow garden planted with lavender, the mediterranean garden....and the trimmed boxwoods, the topiary taxus as well...

Have a walk through the 6 000 sq meters and stop to rest on the seats around tables in the middle ot the nature.

Alexandre Thomas has used the different levels to give the impression of a space far larger thnan it actually is.

COME INTO THIS GARDEN OF DREAMS and you will be filled with wonder!

The "Ecoulettes" creative activities

Description of the service :

Annie HEUILLARD offers different courses of handicraft for beginners and creative activities:

upholstery, printing on textiles engraving and  painting on glass, wickerwork.

Workshops lasting from 1 to 4 days : made to measure, either techniques or based on a particular subject (seasons, fashion), or nature workshops (using specimens collected in the fields).

Everyone works at their own pace in a friendly atmosphere and in beautiful srroundings

FOR CHILDREN :

Adult supervision required for 12 to 14 year olds.

Parental consent required for 14 to 17 yeat olds.

Description of the service :

In quiet and green hilly pastureland ,bed and breakfast in a farm typical of the Bray area,with private bathroom (washbasin, hairdryer, toilet, shower), kitchenette (sink, refrigerator, microwave, kettle), Linen, crockery, cleaning products. Breakfast brought to your room.

Internet access, garden overlooking the pastures and walking paths nearby.

Guided tours on mountain bikes as available , creative leisure courses at extra cost
